LED Duraflex is a flexible, lightweight and waterproof module that runs from a 24V DC transformer, which enables it to be very energy efficient. Duraflex is only 5mm thick which makes it to perfect for providing edge illumination to stairs or aisles. It's subtle wash effect also makes it suitable for cabinet lighting and other accent applications.
Other possible uses for Duraflex would be as a border neon replacement for small-scale signage or for out lining any sort of in-store display.
Heavy duty channelling can be provided when Duraflex is situated in a walkway application. The channeling protects the duraflex from getting directly interfered with.
Clear channelling can also be provided for general edge illumination, although, if the product is being used for shelf lighting, it could easily be mounted with double-sided tape.
Costs of Duraflex range from £4.00 per metre (Red and Amber) to £9.25 per metre (green). Other colours are available.
